A 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine gives the CR-V plenty of boost and efficiency. Paired with a continuously variable transmission, the engine generates 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque. The efficient operation of the drivetrain and other advancements keeps fuel consumption down to 8.4 l/100 km in the city and 7.0 l/100 km on the highway with the front-wheel-drive trims. Real Time AWD models, including the EX through Touring trims, remain close at 8.7/7.2. AWD is optional with the LX.
